Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tyler Siegrist, an individual based in Washington State, USA, who operates HaulyGrail ("HaulyGrail", "we", "us"). They cover your use of the website at haulygrail.com and the app at app.haulygrail.com (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use HaulyGrail

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use HaulyGrail for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at help@haulygrail.com if you think someone else has used it.
• If you sign in with Google, Google's terms also apply to your Google account.

Businesses, Owners, and Employees

Records in HaulyGrail belong to a Business. An Owner of a Business decides who is in it and whether each person is an Owner or an Employee, and can delete the Business. Everyone in a Business can see its records and the names and email addresses of the others in it. Only add people you trust, and only add someone who has agreed to join.

Your content

You keep ownership of the records, photos, videos, and other content you put in HaulyGrail. You give us permission to store, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to run and improve the service for you, including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups.

You confirm that you have the right to upload your content and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• use HaulyGrail for anything illegal, including tracking stolen or counterfeit goods;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights;
• try to access another person's account or a Business you were not added to;
• interfere with or overload the service, get around its limits or security, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
• copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape it.

Research, AI features, and reports

HaulyGrail's research, AI search, duplicate suggestions, values, and other suggestions are estimates to help you decide. They can be wrong. Check important details yourself before you buy, price, list, or sell an item.

Profit figures and tax reports, including Schedule C summaries, are calculated from the information you enter and are provided to help you organize your records. They are not tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own taxes and filings; consult a qualified tax professional.

Fees

HaulyGrail is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you about the prices and terms before you are charged, and you will not be charged without agreeing.

Changes to the service

HaulyGrail is a new and evolving service. We may add, change, limit, or remove features, including daily limits on AI searches and storage limits on attachments. We will try to give you notice of changes that significantly affect you.

Ending your use

You may stop using HaulyGrail at any time and ask us to close your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering the service. When we can, we will give you notice and a chance to save copies of your records first.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of records that matter to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HaulyGrail will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your breaking these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using HaulyGrail after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

Other terms

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms to someone else without our permission; we may transfer them if HaulyGrail is sold or transferred. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
